CAMILLERI, a great exponent of contemporary literature, is the one who best described the pecuniary characteristics of Sicily and the Sicilians; through the pages of his countless books, he recounts the colors and flavors of those who live in a land rich in contradictions but above all splendid in its differences—differences that have made Palermo a true melting pot of cultures.
